Otherwise the inside is clean from cover to cover - no pencil, no pen, no rips, no folds or creases or dogears, no stains, etc. Pages are not tanned and the text is clear and distinct, larger font for children. Backstory - The title says it all - a compilation of life and family stories about American children who come from different cultural backgrounds, derived from the travels by the authors throughout America.
