Description: A rare example of an early World War Two US Airborne M1923 Garand Webbing Bandolier Dated 1941 In a great surviving condition and produced by US Webbing manufacturer and stamped R M Co Ltd1941 this is a cracking original item of WW-II US Airborne-related personal kit. As with several of our other Airborne-related offerings, it has been in the same West Country house-hold close by a combined 1943-45 US 82nd and 101st Airborne and British Airborne & Paratrooper Training base (and traded to the farmer next door in exchange for fresh milk, cheese & eggs etc) that was established in the build-up to D-Day June 6th 1944 and the later famous jumps at Arnhem in Holland and The Rhine Crossings in 1945. Thanks for looking..!
