They are all off paper with approximately 1% still on paper. Many of them have hinges or hinge parts attached. A very few are Mint. From my very limited review of 150 stamps, they are from late 1800s up until 1960 with most being from 1920-1940.I used Google Lens to identify a few of the stamps and see a catalogue value of .25 to $10.00 plus. I do not have time in my life to sort these out and sell individually. Countries represented by the 150 are. Netherlands, Peru, Germany, Denmark, Yugoslavia, Italy, France, Norway, Austria, S. Africa, Jamaica, China, Spain, Chile, Canada, Cuba, Brazil, Greece, Mexico, Belgium, Great Britain, Bulgaria, and only a VERY FEW US. I am sure there are other countries. I will pick out 150 at random and do my best to eliminate duplicates and damaged stamps. BUT I will send you 160 total to make up for any that may be damaged. I have about 4800 stamps in total.
