As shoes I bought from Walmart "hairy gray morning slippers", they worked perfectly. Shoes are not included. The mask felt rubberly against the face, I used a black full mask underneath it, it felt more comfortable. That black mask is included. Also when the mask is on your face, it's kind of hard to breath, you have to occasionally raise it over your face, but it's easy to pull back. I painted my eyes and the area around eyes black, using dark grey eyelid color and eye liners, the effect is more dramatic when your white eyelids, skin, does not show. I have worn this outfit once, bought it used from Ebay, I won my Halloween party's Best Costume Award with it. Good Luck to you!
