This is a good vintage pre-use cosmetic conditioned item. There are no major rips, tears or stains, but there are two areas where the cashmere has some imperfections. Those areas and are on the INTERIOR left lower front flap near the hemline and also on the inside left lapel area-see pictures. There may also be other areas of imperfection in the material that I have not been able to identify. This does not affect the usability or wearability of the garment.
