Description: VTG Signed ART Arthur Pepper MCM Cosmic Swirl Gold Tone Brooch Pin, with FREE SHIPPING.Large brooch, approximately 2.5" at the widest point.Very good vintage condition with normal signs of wear related to age and use. Minor finish wear to the golden accents. Pin back has slight bend, but works as intended. "What is the purpose of buying vintage if you want it to look new?"
