Description: Offered here is an advertising pocket tape measure. One aide reads: "ROC CARBON COMPANY. CARBON & TEFLON PRODUCTS...HOUSTON, TEXAS." The other side is marked: "FINISHED MACHINES: CARBON AND TEFLON PRODUCTS FOR: PUMPS - COMPRESSORS - TURBINES - MECHANICAL SEALS." The underside is PLASTIC, and is embossed: "ZIPPO Manufacturing Company Bradford, PA." I'm not sure when this was made; the ROC Carbon Co. opened in 1957 and is still in business today. It measures 1 & 3/8 inches by 1 & 5/8 inches. The tape pulls out to 65 inches. The condition is GOOD. The metal tape is a little soiled. When you pull the tape out, and release, it does not fully retract, and you have to push the last few inches back inside. There is a small ding, and some scratches on the surface. On the front, there is paint wear to the circle.(See photo with pencil point.) It still functions and displays pretty well, but it is not perfect. I AM HERE TO HELP WITH QUESTIONS..
