Piece is in good overall condition but may have some light uneven edges or wear from age/removal. Orange color in text is glare from lighting and not actual paper color. I will place advertisement in a BCW polypropylene sleeve with cardboard backing and will ship in an oversized bubble mailer with an extra piece of heavy cardboard on the inside to protect the piece from bending.
