Color Block Shirt Dress with pinked seams which I find odd for a dress in the 80's. Measurements Shoulders 17" Pit to Pit 20" Waist 20" Hips 20.5" Length 43" Sleeve Length 24.5" Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat not a person.
