Description: This is a 2002 Adam’s Apple piece called Desecrated Skull… it measures approximately 5 3/4” in diameter. It appears to be an ashtray or trinket dish, though I personally would not use resin for ashes. It has a bit of wear as seen in photos but does not detract from the creepiness. I could not find this piece anywhere else on line and it appears to be quite rare. It is quite a heavy piece and will mail usps ground.
