Vintage Sheer Green Lined Dress No Size or Content Tag Handmade? 1940s/1950s?

Description: Welcome to Garlind Clothing! Condition: Fair. This is a restoration project worth saving. I am not sure of the decade. It looks homemade. There are no size or content tags on it. There are loose threads and a spot or two. I also noted a couple spots that were fraying. There are also small areas to repair. Please see all pictures and measurements. Thanks for looking! Size & Measurements: Bust: 14" (from lower armpit to lower armpit, not doubled) Waist: 13" (at set-in seam or at the smallest part of the waist if there is no waist seam, not doubled) Length: 52.5" (From Top to bottom hemline) Sleeve: 6" (top shoulder seam to bottom sleeve cuff) Bottom Hem: 75" (Actual bottom hem measured flat and then that measurement doubled) Tag Size: No Size Tag.
