Description: Vintage SHAKESPEARE #1967 1/2 Level - Wind Fishing Reel saltwater. Okay here's a barn find for you. The real works like it should with no binding or catches. It is a smooth operating reel. I did not clean it up because everybody has their own way. But I did hit it with some never dull to bring out the name plate and model number. If you drag your thumbnail across where I cleaned it at it runs very smooth so in my opinion this reel is very cleanable. Does have a good scratch in it on the model number side. No extra parts what you see is what you get. It is a 200 yard reel it's marked. Not sure about the year of this model but I believe they started in 1927 you will have to check that out. Be sure to look at all photos. You should be able to zoom in on anything you want to see. Thanks for looking and enjoy.
