Description: Record Dirty Dozen WWW British Military Issued Wristwatch Listing for vintage condition and serviced Record WWW issued from 1945 wrist watch. This is a vintage WWII record Dirty Dozen wristwatch issued by the British Military. It features a round 12-hour dial with silver fixed bezel and black nylon strap. The case is made of stainless steel with a chrome finish and a thickness of 12.8mm. This watch has 15 jewels, a maximum wrist size of 6.5-8 inches, and a lug width of 18mm. It is a manual mechanical movement and comes with a screw down caseback. This is a Swiss made watch with a silver bezel color and a black dial color. The package does not come with original box/packaging, papers, or a manual/booklet. The movement was serviced two years ago and had replaced the main spring and it runs perfect and has an excellent time keeping accuracy +3 secs per day. The case is as you can see in pictures quite lost chrome at the side and lugs. Dial, hands and crown all are original and untouched. Despite the pit and damage, it gives the kind of vintage look and well used field tool watch. If you are looking at this listing you already know what to expect to get a military watch from WW2 . The Crystal is in good condition and clear to check time and still looks nice. The measurements are 36mm without crown, lug to lug 46.5mm, thickness 12.8mm, the lug is 18mm but come with the 18mm army green fabric strap.
