Description: Up for sale is a Vintage Rare Elgin "Rebuilt" Sub Second Caliber / Movement 554 Textured Dial. Sold for parts or repair - balance wheel moves freely - Rebuilt watch were made in mid century where jewelers had agreement with watch manufacturer's to sell their movements with aftermarket parts added (case bezel etc...).
