It should eventually burn off and stop smoking. It did come with the cloth cover. You can see it in the pictures. It is in poor condition. It has multiple stains on it. I ran it thru the washer and soaked it in dawn before that and it still did not come clean. I will include it in the order unless the customer that buys it doesn't want it and lets me know before I ship it.
