Everyone calls these SHARD boxes.Have several different designs listed. I believe the tops with the design on them were fired first and then the hand coloring was done and then fired again. All the tops are hand painted on porcelain so expect variations in the density and tint of the coloring and differences in the artistic talent. No two are exactly alike even with the same basic design.
