This is a late 1960's era Popeye's Pow-Er Strength Test Toy. This is a new old stock toy that was never used or removed from it's packaging. Officially licensed toy by King Features Syndicate. Made in the U.S.A. Packaging has some wear, scuffs, tears in plastic, edge/corner wear. Plastic wear is mainly around where bell is. Printed part of toy is made from a heavy rigid paperboard type material. Mallet is wood. Bell is metal. Toy measures approx. 15 1/4 in. tall. x 9 1/2 in. wide.
