Description: This was received at an estate auction. It did have a frame and was covered with glass. The light cardboard has some yellowing, staining around border and a light waviness. I could not find artist signature, but maybe it is in there somewhere :) I am guessing this is a combination watercolor with oil on top, can feel the ridges.
