It is a nickel finished regular shaft clock key made in India. It is stamped 7 and is used for winding mechanical clock movements. This is a regular shaft key and since there are many different movements from many different makers, please use the measurements to work with your specific application as we are unable to provide generic fitments(i.e. will this key work on my Seth Thomas mantel clock). Measurements: Fits 3.75mm square shaft winding arbors. This is a regular shaft key that is approximately 21mm long x 6.5mm in diameter.
