Description: This listing is for a preowned vintage Eber San Francisco made in USA fitted polka dot dress with bow ladder back in vintage size 7, which makes it about a Medium Petite. It has white polka dots on a black background, including the bows. The bottom bow is attached at the side by buttons, which goes with zipper down the center back. There is a short slit in the center of the back of the skirt and shoulder pads. It measures about 17" across the chest (with a little give due to the tailoring--see photos), about 14" across the waist, about 18" across the hips, and about 32" long from the shoulder the bottom outer edge, all laying flat.
