The ties measure 33", making it a total of 46-1/2". It measures from band to bottom hem 21". It is part of an estate kitchen collection and is in very good condition. Clean and smoke free. I see no holes or rips. I try to describe evident defects, but may miss some, which does not constitute an item "Not as Described".
