TOY FIRE OR TOW TRUCK 10in DIE CAST METAL Vintage original 1949-1956 Metal Masters Co. Inc. of Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This Diecast Metal Toy could have been made to be a tow truck or a fire truck. The back bed has 4 slot holes for the tabs of the boom attachment. This was made to be a Fire Truck because the driver is wearing a Fireman’s hat. It is not a finished product as it was not painted red nor did it have ladder(s). It has a first aid box on each side. I found an advertisement for a Tow Truck, buy in bulk and another group toy advertisement. Please see Pictures.
