Description: ****Please look at all photos carefully and read the description carefully before purchasing.**** ~ This item is Early American Pressed Glass (EAPG) by the Jeanette Glass Co from the Ultramarine Line. ~ Condition: - Good condition. - There is a superficial crack approximately 30mm in length on the bottom of the bowl. It does not go all the way through the full thickness of the glass. It is on the outer-side of the bowl. (pictured) No leaking from the crack (tested). - There is a chip on the outer-side of the bottom of the bowl that is approximately 15mm in length. (pictured) (please note all photos closely) ~ Description: - A beautiful ultramarine (teal) swirl decorated salad serving bowl. - 9" diameter, 3" height. ~ SPECIAL FEATURE! - This EAPG has a chemical element in the glass called Manganese, which is reactive to an ultraviolet light source. Manganese dioxide was known as a decolorizer which was used to make glass look colorless. - The photo provided was taken with a 365nm UV flashlight.
