Description: This is a vintage IMPERIAL IRELAND 4" long STOCKMAN that is in very good condition. It has a large 3.2" long Clip point main blade, a 2.25" long Sheepsfoot blade, and a 2" long Spey blade all made of CARBON STEEL. The blades are tight with GOOD SNAP and NO WOBBLE. It has NICKEL SILVER BOLSTERS. The brown handles are made of JIGGED DELRIN and are in very good condition except that the backside is a little loose which can't be seen in the pictures. It should be easily repairable but I made no attempt to fix it. It has not been cleaned or polished by me and is in as-found condition. Please see the pictures. The tang on the main blade is stamped IMPERIAL over IRELAND. This started as an additional plant for SOLINGEN, GERMANY-based JOWIKA STAHWLARENFABRIK EUGEN WEBER & ALTENBACH KG which opened the factory in LISTOWEL, IRELAND in 1960. That factory was acquired by IMPERIAL SCHRADE in 1978 which operated the company until its 2004 closing.
