Description: The plate design is a village scene with three boy ice skaters and a young girl with an older girl/woman in the background. The plate diameter is about 8 1/8" and it weighs about 4.5 oz. "LP&Co" is stamped in the bottom left of the plate. The plate has a hook on the back for hanging on a wall. I do not know the details of the metal composition but it seems to be either brass or brass plated tin. Lloyd Pascal is an English company from Hockley, Birmingham, England.
