Description: Vintage Hand Carved Painted Stained Wood Primative Old World Santa St. Nicholas Figurine OOAK. Measures 8" Tall x 2 3/8" Wide x 1 5/8" Deep at bottom. It is hard for me to tell if this is very thin paint or a stain, as wood grain is visible in many areas. I'm definitely not an expert though. I think it adds to the character of the piece.
