Description: Grants Department Store brass vintage thimble. This thimble has the name "Grants" engraved on the band and also the number "10", which would indicate the size. The brass mis dimples. It clean, was tarnished but polished right up, no dents. Grants Department Store went into bankruptcy in 1975 and closed it's doors in 1976. This thimble came from my Grandmother,so, I believe it's from the 1940's-1950's.
