THE TOP COMES OFF TO REVEAL THE DECANTER. THE MUSICAL WINDUP IS ON THE UNDERSIDE. IT PLAYS "HOW DRY I AM"....AND IT WORKS FINE. THE OVERALL SIZE IS: 11" H X 3 3/4" ROUND.The round silver items on the side with the chains hanging do not stay on the item very well. May need to use a different type screw. Hydrant will be shipped with these two items off of the hydrant. I was going to glue them on but decided not to.
