Description: This is a vintage Federal eagle minor. The item does have spne damage. Some of the color has chipped off the round decorative balls. The eagle has a piece that's broken off. And there are also two chips on the bottom. See photos. No cracks on the minor. The mirror does have a few small black specks. Overall the mirror is nice.
