The light appears to have been repainted at some point with some paint on the manufacturer tag. The manufacturer tag is marked "Crouse-Hinds Company", "Type ADR 14", "Cat. No. 44176C", "Lamp 500 Watts", and "Bulb G40". The glass lens is marked "Pyrex", "14 D", "Made in USA", and "HL9151". The glass lens measures approximately 13 inches in diameter across the face. The light measures approximately 23 inches in overall height when the light is directed forward.
