Measurements are approximate.. Weighs a little over 3 lbs( unpacked). I took lots of pics with and also without the flash. There is one tiny chip noted in beak(?) and another one in feathers in last pic.. I also tried to take pics where there are tiny glue dots securing top to bottom which is not the noticeable at all.
