Introducing a unique limited edition black panther ( leopard / jaguar ) lamp. It is built from curated “found” and new parts. It approximately measures an astonishing 18” tall x 7” wide at the base. It features vintage glass marble eyes, a light up tail that can light up on its own or with the main bulb the head by a 3 way switch, a spun steel body and head from vintage recessed and track lighting, vintage hardware for some of the facial features and a solid wooden base. It uses one standard bulb in the top and one candelabra bulb in the tail. . I am producing about 5 of these as a limited edition. These will all be personally signed, numbered and be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. . The fixture is made from mostly found or recycled pieces, it is about 95% sustainable. All of the internal wiring is new, the power cords are modern new old stock. . There will be minor variations of the design such as but not limited to: ear, marble eye, nose, whisker, feet, legs, power cord, hardware, base and other accessories color, style, size and type. Also variations in sheen of the parts will/may be present (ex: there could be variations of brass sheen). . Disclaimer: Due to sustainability most of the body parts are either used or new old stock which means they could have visible wear such as but not limited to: scratches, dings, nicks, dents, patina, flaking, pitting, scrapes, minor cracking, etc. Again this is part of the nature of my concept of using sustainable parts. Shipping insurance is included in purchase price, if item is damaged in shipping buyer files claim due to possession. Jolting can cause damage internally even if no physical damage can be seen on the exterior. I will also repair items at my discretion providing buyer pays for all shipping. As with all electrical devices, there are hazards that can be present from improper or proper use such as but not limited to: shocking, fire, harm to self or others, etc. . I may use parts from light fixture brands such as Torino, Sonneman, Lightoiler, etc. from places such as Italy or Italian sources. . Bulbs not included. Only panther lamp included, nothing else in the photos included.
