This holiday gown has a lift-able train in the back which shows the shifting and evolving fashion periods this Annie's Attic Calendar Society Collection was covering, including Victorian style gowns. The parasol is attached very securely to the wrist in a removable way if one wanted to remove it. The same might be said about the first dolls head, which sits on her body, but not as securely as I would recommend moving her around a lot. Hence, the lucky buyer of this beautiful gown set and first doll, will get a second vintage Barbie as well, with 3 different choices. I have shown photographs of the body and head separated as well as the 3 Barbie dolls that I thought would best fit this dress as well. The one with the darkest hair came with this collection and has straight arms as do her friends. I included close ups of the backs of the doll options in case you want to see the doll "stamp" The 2 blond dolls have slightly more moveable bodies each in their own way. The chosen doll would come dressed and if you chose the one with the crochet top, her other items shown in picture would come with her as well. If you are worried about the fit over the blond haired dolls arms that are bent on elbow, I recommend the dark haired doll as she is exact same body as original one. You might be getting a more expensive barbie doll -- I have not taken the time to ID the 2 Blond options as of late. Thank you for looking.
