Description: I know nothing about this piece other than what you see. Found exactly as you see it in an estate cleanout. Definitely needs repair by someone who knows what they’re doing. I’m not that person and don’t want to risk damaging it any worse than it already is. Appears to be all original. The tension isn’t equal all the way around as you can see in pics.
