Description: Lovely vintage late 1930's dress in a semi-sheer dark navy blue fabric. Fabric is a sturdy blend, feels like a cotton & synthetic and has nice draping. Art Deco floral burn-out pattern throughout ~ would look amazing with a light color skip worn underneath to really showcase the print! Tailored fit with an accented waist, puffed sleeves with peaked shoulders & ruching, decorative buttons at front. The bodice has gathers from shoulders and above waist, and a blousey fit. Full length flared skirt, and metal zipper at side. Dress has been dry cleaned and is in gorgeous condition for age! One small seam repair under an arm that's not visible when wearing (see last photo), and some very minor wear to buttons. Fabric is sturdy & strong.
