Very festive,dating back to the early 1950's. Made in Japan. Santa is holding his toy bag with his right hand andit's filled with its original faux foliage. The lower leftside of bag is gilt in script and reads: good wishes,while the other side reads: Merry Xmas. The pops of color in Santa's hand painted face andHolly are just enough to grab your attention. The gilt Gold accents, add to the charm and appeal of thisrare planter. It is super rare to find these little Christmasplanters with their foliage, "Here's your opportunity!" The bottom is stamped ILX267C MADE IN JAPAN,along with its original Silver Napco foil label(as seen in PICs). I wiped this down gently with a moist paper towel.I did not submerge it in water or use any chemicals. Weighs 15.4 ounces. Measurements:3 and 1/2" in width, 4" in depth, 6" in height. EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION.Super clean. No damage. Minimal wear tofaux ornamentation, expected crazingdue to age (as seen in PICs).Please magnify and view all photos.
