Description: This frame is in good shape structurally, but has lots of little scratches and paint chips all over. Priced accordingly. All of the threads are good and there's no deep rust. The headset spins OK, seems like it needs fresh grease but it's not rusted or frozen. All of the components came out fine. Please expect it to look a bit uglier in person, the photos can't really show all of the small scratches.
