Description: Vintage 1984 Kenner DC Super Powers BATMAN w/Cape & Mini-Comic READ DESCRIPTION The cape is damaged and glued (see photos). Unsure if the glue is able to be removed without further damaging the cape. Still fits nicely around the neck but doesn't stay attached. Figure has marks and wear. Arms move when leg is squeezed.
