Waist across front 16", approx 32 total waste circumference. Hips at lower jacket approximately 18" to 19" across. Length from top shoulder to bottom hem 25" Shoulder to shoulder 15" sleeve length 22". Skirt measurements: elastic waist on stretched 12" across front, stretches to 14 to 15". Hips 20" across, length from waistband to bottom hem 26", slit in back is 10".
