Description: A Mec model 650 reloader for 12 ga. Estate item, so it does show some soiling and wear. Some spots of surface rust. Looks like some oil residue from where it was used to oil moving parts. Some powder mixed in on the residue. Basically it was a used press that needs a good cleaning. Looks like the 3 base holes were slightly drilled out when the press was mounted at one point. Please see photos for best condition report.
