This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, many areas of discoloration, foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas and oddly cut); edge indents/nicks (some small tears may exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (note faded from heavy wear); if any holes exist they are small; perhaps pieces missing due to heavy wear.
