This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding; overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including ink stains); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/folded-over in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); scattered small holes.
