Two Great Mid Century Danish Sterling and Enamel Salt Dishes Volmer Bahner

Description: Wonderful set of two Danish sterling silver and enamel slat dishes designed by Volmer Bahner. Each dish stands about 3/4" tall on a footed base, and has a 2" diameter at the top. One dish is lined with a rich green enamel, the other which is silver gilt, has a pearl white enamel, and both have an incised flower design at the bottom of each interior. Both are marked on the bottoms, " VB Sterling Denmark", and could use further polishing, but have no damages or problems. Each dish weighs 18.5 grams on our silver scale. Fabulous examples of Danish Modern design to add to a collection, the salt dishes are offered with out reserve.
