Description: You are bidding on a pair of unique baseball posters from 1980 in good shape. The first one is "The Oz" 1980 Golden Glove Winner when Ozzie Smith was with the San Diego Padres. It appears that the print was sponsored by Square Pan Pizza, Printed by Alec Litho circa 1981 Sports Calendar Inc. San Rafael, CA. Measures approximately 17.5" x 22".The second one pictures the a knight with the New York Yankees shield and some early logos. It is a two sided poster that lists the standings at a glance from 1903 through 1979 has pictures of the managers during these years and their record for each year. The poster measures approximately 16.5 x 21" circa 1980. Both poster appear to be inserts from either programs, magazines or the like. Both had been folded originally and show some creases. There is little edge wear and colors are nice. The Yankee poster has a 3/4" tear down the right side where it was folded. The posters are in good shape for their age (43 years) and are unusual and somewhat unique. Nice pieces for the sports memorabilia collector.I have been a long time collector and am simply trying to downsize and trying to sell my collection which has been stored in archival sleeves and carefully handled at reasonable pricing. Please have a look at the other posters I have for sale.
