Obtained in person at Dallas celebrity golf tournament many years ago, authenticated by JSA with their matching numbered sticker on the jersey and certificate of authenticity card. NOTE: all the numbers are screen printed, matching what the Cowboys wore in that era, however the original nameplate has been replaced with one with name stitched with tackle twill.
