Terms of Sale All Topps Project 2020 cards are being sold "as is", as described. Sorry for the following rant... but... given a number of return requests in the past, I feel I must state this. ----------------------------------------------- If the listing says that there may be scratches on the case, there probably is some. To what degree will always be debatable so I will just say scratches. I cannot take the time to measure the length and width of any scratch. If there is a deeper scratch, I will try and may be able to show you in the picture(s), but it's not always possible. Anything with obvious and distracting scratches I will list in their own listing. I am selling you a sealed card, not necessarily a perfect case, as this is the way that it arrived to me directly from Topps. I've had some returns complaining of scratched cases, but Topps (the manufactureer) would not even consider this an acceptable reason for a return, so I will also not accept a return on this basis. I also feel some of the returns were due to the price changes these cards have seen, and they just used this as an excuse. It is for these reasons that the option for accepting returns is turned off, not because I won't consider a return. eBay automatically requires me to accept a return, if I have this option turned on. ----------------------------------------------------------- THAT SAID...
