Description: Up for sale is a scarce Thos. J. Conroy Maker raised squared-pillar fly fishing reel (believed to be built by Julius Vom Hofe). Overall, this reel is in great shape and it works nicely. The clicker is strong and it reels tight. It features squared-off pillars, an s-handle handle, and a caged spool arbor. The German silver only has very minor wear and this reel looks amazing. From pillar-to-pillar, the diameter is 3 1/2”. The spool width is 3/4”. This reel weighs 8.6oz. All-in-all, a beautiful reel, that would look great in any collection!
