Yes, it is wrapped and looks to be, by all indications it is in fact new. But on the back (see image #2) there's a Blockbuster Video Sticker on the back on the shrink wrap dated 11/23/98. To me this looks like Blockbuster was selling this video. But was it used pre-hand or not? So the upshot of all this is, is that this is a sealed VHS tape manufactured in 1977 and resold in 1998 and is SOLD AS IS! Unpackaged weight- 10.8 ounces Packaged securely.
