It is approx. 14+" X 10", in good condition - obvious mouse chews at the bottom edge and right corner - through the issue, stains as seen - not overwhelming though - loss at the bottom of the back cover also as seen. Shipped folded as found, in plastic, between stiff cardboard and with delivery confirmation.
