There are signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading/rub fade, light soil/rub soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, page edge light soil, a few edge nicks, and yellowing of pages. The front end page has a tear of about 1/2" on the previous owner name...it doesn't extend to the edge. The front end page also has a deep scratch about the same length farther down. The book has a slight forward book push or spine roll. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact.This book measures 7 3/4" x 5" x 13/16".
